Buddy Workout

It is BACK-TO-SCHOOL time, 
and what better way to celebrate than with friends?
So grab your wife, hubby, gal-pal, or neighbor and get moving!

For this workout, you need:
Water, a Buddy, and a dumbbell (10-15lb) or similar weight item!
