60 Minutes of Madness - Full Body Burn Up


Don't you hate it when you set some goals and then something stupid like the weather throws a wrench in your plans? 

Well there is rain in the forecast all week here in North Texas, but I refuse to let it slow down my goals.

Thankfully I have a rainy-day workout to rock out despite the icky weather!

30 Minutes of Madness - Upper Body Sculpt



It's official. We have had some pretty HOT days here in Texas lately. Nothing like what the temperature will be in August, but we have already been pushing 90 and it's only May 7th.

I love this time of year and have already busted out my tank tops and am ready to rock them for the next 4 months. If you want am amazingly sculpted upper body to rock at the pool or summer concerts this summer, you will want to do this workout!

30 Minutes of Madness - Thigh and Butt Burner


Summer is weeks away and I am sure you wanna fill out those cute ruffled bottom bikinis or hold up those swim trunks with a nice, perky butt! 

Well let's just say...butts are kind of my thing. My AIM screen name back in the day was even "qtwithabooty". I love to train them and I love to ROCK one! So, If you want to feel the burn in those legs and build a booty this year, THIS is the workout for you. It only takes 30 minutes, but you will feel it for DAYS! Just ask my clients! This has been a favorite this week!
